Your team uses AI like autocomplete.
Your competitor's team uses it like a team member.

The AI Activator Program is 5 modules. Remote delivery with hands-on sessions. Your tools, your systems, your team's actual wins. Done with you, at your team's pace.

Not a webinar. Not a certification. Not a lunch and learn. A proper upskilling program built around your team's actual workload.

THE TEAM GAP

Your team said they were "AI-curious."
That was 14 months ago.

Since then: a half-finished ChatGPT Teams subscription, one internal Slack thread about prompts, and a growing gap between what the market expects and what your team can actually do.

1

They tried it. They stopped.

Nobody has had the conversation about why. The answer is never laziness. It is always that the tool did not fit the workflow, and nobody had the skill to make it fit.

2

One AI keen person. Nineteen watchers.

The keen person does the demo at team meetings. Everyone nods. Nobody copies the workflow because nobody else understands what they did. Your bottleneck moved. It did not go away.

3

The "AI director" hire

Your competitor paid $180K for one. They now have one person who can do AI, and a team who still cannot. You do not need to repeat that mistake. You need the reverse architecture.

AI literacy is not a role you hire for. It is a skill you install.

WHAT MOVES

Three numbers by week 8.

Not self-reported confidence scores. Real workflow outcomes, measured across the whole team.

5x
AI-LITERATE HEADCOUNT

The whole team, not one keen person. Baseline fluency in what AI can and cannot do on their actual tasks. No more "ask the AI keen person" as a workflow.

40%+
WORKFLOW OVERHEAD GONE

Per-person, measured at week 8. The meetings that became messages. The drafts that became ten-minute reviews. The SOPs that now write themselves.

0
CONSULTANT DEPENDENCY

By the end, the team builds their own wins. Without us. Without a new hire. Without the "AI director" job requisition you were about to post.

THE 5-PART ACTIVATOR SKILLSET

Five weeks.
Five skills.
One team that can actually do this.

Each skill compounds on the one before. Skip any and the stack does not hold.

MODULE 1

The Literacy Layer.

Every role in the company, baseline fluency. What AI can do. What it cannot. Where it lies. Where it saves hours. Role-specific, not generic "here is what ChatGPT is" fluff. End of week 1 nobody on the team says "I do not really use AI" anymore.
MODULE 2

Prompt as SOP.

Not hacker tricks. Not "23 ChatGPT prompts that will change your life." Business-grade prompting. Your team learns to write prompts the way your best SOPs are written. Repeatable. Documented. Shareable. The keen person stops being the bottleneck.
MODULE 3

Workflow redesign.

We sit with each function and redesign the work that was about to need another hire. Sales proposals. Client onboarding. Content drafting. Reporting. Support triage. The tasks that used to need a person now need a prompt chain and a reviewer.
MODULE 4

The tool stack.

What to use. What to drop. What to own. Spoiler: the stack is narrower than most companies think. We rip out the SaaS products that were supposed to save 14 minutes and added a login. We keep the tools that compound. You leave the week with a clean stack and a reason for every line item.
MODULE 5

Handover + independence.

By the end of Module 5 your team is building their own wins without us. They share new prompts in Slack. They redesign their own workflows without asking permission. They train the next hire from day one. The business epicentre is now inside your building, not ours.
Plus 30 days post-launch. Office hours, async Q&A, and a workflow audit at day 60. You have our number.
THE FIT TEST

Not for every company. Intentionally.

This is for you if

  • You are running a company doing $2M to $50M+. Team of 3 or more humans who want to keep their jobs.
  • Your team's "AI use" still stops at copy-paste from ChatGPT. You can feel the gap widening.
  • You have one AI keen person doing heavy lifting. You know that is not a sustainable model.
  • You want AI literacy as a baseline expectation, not a bonus skill on a CV.
  • You would rather train the team once than hire an AI director every 18 months.
  • There is an executive sponsor inside the business. Usually you.

This is NOT for you if

  • You want someone else to come in and "do the AI" for your team while they watch.
  • You want a certificate for the wall. We do outcomes, not PDFs.
  • Your team is not allowed to change any workflow they currently use.
  • You want a 90-minute webinar with a Q&A at the end. There are 400 of those already.
  • There is no executive sponsor willing to ring-fence two hours per person per week until the program is complete.

One decision.
Train the team once.

Investment shared on application. 3-minute async form. No sales calls. If it is a fit, we send you a kickoff timeline within 48 hours.

WHAT THE COMPANY GETS

A team that does the work.

  • All 5 modules, every trained seat, at your team's pace
  • Remote-first delivery with scheduled hands-on workshops
  • Role-specific workflows redesigned inside the program
  • Internal prompt library you own and extend forever
  • 30 days post-program office hours and a day-60 workflow audit

3-minute application. Reviewed within 48 hours. No sales calls.

We do not do sales calls.

You fill out a 3-minute fit form. We read it within 48 hours. If we are a match, you get a checkout link and a kickoff timeline. If we are not, we tell you what would actually help your team instead.

Nobody pitches anybody in a Zoom that could have been an email. The first time you get on a call is after you have paid, for kickoff, and only then.

FAQ

The questions leaders actually ask.

How is this different from a webinar or online course?

Webinars tell your team things. Courses give your team videos to half-watch. Activator sits inside your team's actual workflows and redesigns them, live, with the people who do the work. End of Module 5 your team ships differently. End of a webinar your team is still refreshing their inbox.

Who on my team should join?

Start with the team or department where the AI gap hurts most. Usually sales, ops, customer support, or content. Teams of 3 to 20 work best. If you want the whole company trained, we run it in waves. We sort the right sequence on the application.

How much time per person per week?

Two hours per trained person per week. One hour live (workshop). One hour async (workflow redesign on their own work). That is the ring-fence. Executive sponsor needs to protect it or the program underperforms. We will say so up front.

Is this remote?

Remote only. Scheduled hands-on workshops over video across all 5 modules. Distributed teams work better here than on-site programs. Nobody travels. Everyone at their own desk with their own tools.

What if my team already uses AI?

Most companies that tell us "our team already uses AI" mean one or two people use ChatGPT sometimes. If your team is further along, we will calibrate. If your team genuinely has structured AI use across every role with a shared prompt library, you probably do not need us. Tell us on the application and we will be honest.

Is there a certification at the end?

No. Your team leaves with a redesigned set of workflows, a shared prompt library, and measurable workflow outcomes. That is the receipt. If someone on your team wants a certificate for their CV, the rest of the internet is full of them.

Do I really have to apply? Can't I just pay?

Yes. Activator does not work without executive sponsorship and a team whose workflow is actually allowed to change. The application is 3 minutes and screens for both. If we are a match, you have a kickoff timeline inside 48 hours.

How do I know this works?

The training methodology is pulled straight from how Gigi and Danni run as an AI-native company. Our own operations, newsletter, customer comms, and LinkedIn all run through the same playbook. This website was built and shipped in 48 hours by our own stack. The Gigi Method ebook exists because the architecture gave us the hours to write it. Case studies from early clients become the rest of the proof.

Who is behind Activator?

Gigi and Danni, a Brisbane-based AI installation company. Danni built Axxis (property investment project management platform) solo. Her first affiliate loved the product enough to pitch her to partner up. She said yes. We install AICC into founders and Activator into teams. The underlying methodology is the same. The delivery is different.

Two options from here.

Train the team once. Five weeks. The whole company fluent, the keen person unblocked, the workflows redesigned. Done.

Or hire around the gap forever. Pay $180K a year for the "AI director" nobody on your team can replace if they leave.

Pick.
