Gigi & Danni is operated by Dannielle Lee Healy (ABN 34 757 671 046), Gympie, Queensland. This policy covers our website, our demonstration websites, and the services we run for subscribed businesses — websites, AI chat assistants and AI phone receptionists. It's written to follow the Australian Privacy Principles.
If you're a business customer (or prospect): your name, business details, contact details, billing records, and the business information you give us to train your receptionist and build your website. We use publicly listed business information to prepare demonstrations.
If you call a number answered by one of our AI receptionists: the call is recorded and transcribed. We capture your phone number, the details you choose to give (typically your name, location and what you're enquiring about), and the conversation itself. This exists to pass your enquiry to the business you were calling — that's the whole purpose.
If you use one of our website chat assistants: the conversation and any contact details you type are captured and sent to the relevant business.
On our websites: standard technical logs (pages served, approximate region). No advertising trackers, no analytics resold to anyone.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly — we never see or store them.
We use a small set of processors to run the service, and data goes only where the service needs it:
We don't sell personal information, we don't share it with advertisers, and no one gets caller data except the business the caller was trying to reach.
When a receptionist or chat assistant takes an enquiry, the caller's details are sent by SMS and email to the business being called. From that point the business holds those details under its own privacy obligations — we encourage every client to handle callers' information with the same care we do.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — whether you're a business customer or someone who called a number we answer. Email danni@gigianddanni.com and a human will reply. If you're unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
If this policy changes, the current version will always be at this address with the date at the top.
